Roundtable: "Attacks on Gender (Studies): Seeking Strategies"
Paula Irene-Villa (Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, Deutschland), David Paternotte (Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgien), Barbara Gaweda (University of Edinburgh, Großbritannien) and Sara Garbagnoli (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris, Frankreich) discussed strategies to deal with the attacks of right-wing, conservative and / or nationalist circles. How do the attacks on "gender", especially in the form of feminist and queer knowledge, affect researchers in the field, the reputation of departments and institutions, and the way in which collectives and associations work?
