Research Area: Organic Synthesis and Catalysis

Our research group is focused on the development of sustainable synthesis methods of complex organic molecules through homogeneous catalysis.

Specifically, we are interested in:

• The reactivity of N-heterocyclic compounds for the development of new reagents and transformations
• The catalytic activation and functionalization of C−C bonds
• The investigation of reaction mechanisms
