Equipment: LINKAM THMS-600 heating-freezing stage.
The THM 600 with a temperature range between -196 and 600°C can be widely applied for thermal microscopy studies. The polished silver-block /holder may stabilize the temperature of the sample with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The position of the sample can be adjusted by means of two XY screws.
